Report issues found in OSIS or ALC Documents

OSIS Q&A

OSIS can be accessed by either the DSD Mainframe desktop shortcut or the Reflections for the Web shortcut

If you experience a technical issue while using OSIS (the Reflections for the Web icon or the DSD Mainframe icon) for Child Support, email OSISQ&A@okdhs.org.

  • Be sure to include any information that can help the team research the issue (error message, FGN, screen name, etc.). Do not include any FTI (Federal Tax Information).
  • Do not submit an OMES help ticket for issues found while using OSIS.
  • If you have difficulty connecting to OSIS, this could be an internet connectivity issue or an issue with Zscaler or Alfheim. Connectivity issues are outside this team’s purview. Consider reviewing the FAQ section of the knowledge base for help.
  • Please note the email is meant for error reporting only—if you need help with how to do something in OSIS, ask your supervisor.

ALC Docs Help

The desktop shortcut icon for ALC Documents

If you believe you have found a typo or are experiencing a document error while generating documents using ALC for Child Support, email CSS.ALCDOCS.HELP@okdhs.org or contact the ALC Help channel in Teams.

  • Please include the document ID, the error message, or anything else that can help the team research the issue. Do not include any FTI (Federal Tax Information).
  • Do not submit an OMES help ticket for issues found while using ALC.
  • For the best experience, we recommend using a Chrome or Firefox browser window.
  • If you have difficulty connecting to ALC, please check other websites to test whether you are experiencing an internet connectivity issue. Connectivity issues are outside this team’s purview. Consider reviewing the FAQ section of the knowledge base for help.
  • Please note the email and Teams channel are meant for error reporting only—if you need help with how to do something in ALC, ask your supervisor.

Both OSIS Q&A and ALC Document Help are specifically for use by Child Support Services and the contracts that serve them (CARE, ESC, CIC, OSIS, OSIS Policy, and Forge Your Trail).

DHS connectivity issues should be reported to Digital Pathways Tech Support in the Zscaler and Network Issues group.

OnBase

OnBase issues should be reported in the OnBase DHS Teams channel.
