How to clear cache and cookies in Safari

If you use the Safari app to browse the internet, follow the instructions below to learn how to clear your cache and cookies on a Mac computer.
- Open your Safari browser and select Safari in the upper-left corner, then select Settings from the dropdown list.

- Once the Settings window opens, select the Privacy tab.

- In the Privacy tab, select Manage Website Data.

- In the pop-up window that opens, you will see a list of all the websites you’ve visited that have stored data (including cache and cookies) that can be used to track your browsing. To clear everything, select Remove All.
- If you’d rather pick and choose which websites you want to delete your browsing data from, you will have to select these websites individually and then select Remove.

Please note that removing all website data may log you out of websites and/or change websites’ behavior the next time you visit them.
