Create new case

  1. Within the Contact page under the Related tab, go to Cases and select New on the right.

  1. Select Inquiry and then Next.

  1. The next page is where you will enter the client’s individual information, including Inquiry Details.

  1. Select Save if you’re adding only one individual to the household, or Save & New if you need to add another individual.
  2. Add the address and client information, then select Save.
