Create new case
- Within the Contact page under the Related tab, go to Cases and select New on the right.

- Select Inquiry and then Next.

- The next page is where you will enter the client’s individual information, including Inquiry Details.

- Select Save if you’re adding only one individual to the household, or Save & New if you need to add another individual.
- Add the address and client information, then select Save.
