InContact CXone shortcuts

There are three different SSO (Single Sign-On) links that you can use to sign in to CXone. SSO3 is the most current link, which the majority of users are now using to access CXone. If you’re not sure which link to use, we recommend SSO3 unless you are certain you are still using the older SSO links.
