How can I print at my CPM worksite?

Section 1: Training Center

If you are working at the Training Center and need to print from your work laptop, there are two ways you can do so.

Option A: Use your Triton VDI

If you are a SATTRN user, the easiest and fastest way to print is to log in to Triton VDI using your SATTRN credentials. Once you are signed in to Triton VDI, you should be able to print to SATTRN printers.

If you log in to Triton VDI and are still unable to print, it is possible the printer was not installed though GP. To request GP update, or tech support, please submit a TC Support help ticket.

This method will work anywhere — as long as you are logged in to Triton VDI and have printing access, you can print from any CPM worksite, as well as from home or anywhere you have internet access.

Option B: Request printing access from TC Support team

At the Training Center, there is a Wi-Fi network called “TC-Devices,” which will allow you to print when connected to it. However, the TC Support team does not give out this password to employees, so it is recommended that you use the Triton VDI method to print if possible.

To print via the TC-Devices Wi-Fi network, you must submit a TC Support help ticket. A tech from TC Support will first need to install the printer(s) on your device, and then they will need to connect your device to the TC-Devices network using the password that only they have access to.

This method will only work at the Training Center.

List of printers at Training Center

The Training Center has three printers connected to the SATTRN network and one printer connected to the DHS network. Read the list below for these printers’ names and locations at the Training Center.

  • Electric Mayhem – Xerox C8155 – SATTRN
    • Located on the south side of the building, west of the staff entrance (just outside Room 325)
  • Andromeda – Xerox C8035 – SATTRN
    • Located in the atrium (just outside the Strategy room, facing north)
  • Caprica – Brother HL-L8360CDW – SATTRN
    • Located in the AFS Training Lab (Room 211) on the northwest side of the building
  • Adama – Xerox C8035 – DHS
    • Located in the AFS offices (Rooms 208a–f) on the northwest side of the building

Section 2: Boomer Outreach Building (the BOB)

The printers at the BOB are on the SATTRN network, which means they can be accessed via Triton VDI as described in Section 1. Read below for their names and locations.

  • Baymax – HP Color Laserjet M652 – SATTRN
    • Located on the second floor inside the supply closet 
  • Boromir – ​​​​​​​Xerox AltaLink C8135 MFP – SATTRN
    • Located on the second floor (in the main foyer area that you enter right after you go up the stairs)

Section 3: Training Center Annex (the Rock)

Most printers at the Annex are on the DHS network, but one of them (Winky) is on the SATTRN network, which means it can be accessed via Triton VDI as described in Section 1. Read below for the printers’ names and locations in Suite A and Suite D.

    • Located in the CIC mail room
  • Roy – Dell B2360DN – DHS
    • Located in the CIC training room

Section 4: TANF 1218B (building next to Annex)

    • Located at North side of the hallway across from the server room.

All printers at Noble are on the DHS network. Read below for their names and locations.

  • Daruk – Xerox C8035
    • Located on the first floor (Room 2, northwest corner, facing south, by HVAC room)
  • Boba Fett – Xerox C8135
    • Located on the first floor (Room 1, southeast corner, facing west)
  • Picard – Xerox C8035
    • Located on the second floor (south side, by south Sup’s offices, facing north)
  • Palpatine – Xerox C8155
    • Located on the second floor (southwest corner, just outside training room, facing east)
  • Sailor Moon – Xerox C8035
    • Located on the second floor (in the red room, west side, by server room, facing north)
