How do I update the CPM Resources folder?

CPM Resources is a folder in both Triton and Janus-OU that serves as the database front-end, which our IT department (TC Support) pushes out for each contract (e.g., CIC, LIVE, etc.). The TC Support team updates the folder anytime changes are made to the database.

How to update in Triton

To update CPM Resources in Triton, you will need to run (by double-clicking) the Update CPM Resources CMD file located in C:\CPM Resources\_How-To’s & Guides.

How to update in Janus-OU

To update CPM Resources in Janus-OU, you will need to sign out and then log back in.
