Adobe Creative Cloud login guide

This guide will walk you through how to sign in to the Adobe Creative Cloud app in order to use Adobe Acrobat DC. Please note this guide assumes you have an OU email address. If you do not have an OU login, see How to create a free Adobe account for use with lab-installed Acrobat app.

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app from the Windows Start menu.

  1. Enter your OU email address (e.g., OUEmailAddress@ou.edu) and select Continue.

  1. Select Company or School Account.

  1. Use your OU 4×4 or OU email address and password to sign in.

  1. You will get a pop-up window launching Adobe Creative Cloud.

  1. Once the application is launched, you can click the X in the upper right to close the pop-up. You will remain logged in.

  1. That’s it! Now you can open any PDF and view or edit as needed.
