Log in and search for client

Getting started

  1. Go to https://ou-cpm.my.salesforce.com and select the CPM SSO login button to log in with your OU credentials.
  2. You will be sent a push notification requesting authentication on your cell phone. You might have to do this twice.
  3. When the site opens, it will take you to the most recently viewed tab.
  4. Select Service Console from the menu in the upper-left corner of the page.

Search for client

Before entering a new Inquiry (Case), Household (Account), Contact (Person), Background Check, Travel Claim, or other call/communication, search for the client in both SPICE* and Salesforce by name or by phone number. Sometimes their name and/or phone might change, but the email should be the same.

*Please note: We will be searching for records in SPICE for the first few months after the Salesforce Go Live date. Eventually, it might only be necessary to search in Salesforce.
