Log in and search for client
Getting started
- Go to https://ou-cpm.my.salesforce.com and select the CPM SSO login button to log in with your OU credentials.
- You will be sent a push notification requesting authentication on your cell phone. You might have to do this twice.
- When the site opens, it will take you to the most recently viewed tab.
- Select Service Console from the menu in the upper-left corner of the page.

Search for client
Before entering a new Inquiry (Case), Household (Account), Contact (Person), Background Check, Travel Claim, or other call/communication, search for the client in both SPICE* and Salesforce by name or by phone number. Sometimes their name and/or phone might change, but the email should be the same.
*Please note: We will be searching for records in SPICE for the first few months after the Salesforce Go Live date. Eventually, it might only be necessary to search in Salesforce.
