How to fix a missing shortcut for Regular FACS

  • Right-click anywhere on your desktop.
  • Select New and then Shortcut.

  • Paste (or enter) the following text into the field labeled Type the location of the item: \\app-dhs01-830.okdhs.int\Apps1\facs32\facs2.exe
  • Select Next.
The exact shortcut typed in the window prompting "What item would you like to create a shortcut for?"
  • Enter a unique name for your shortcut (or accept the one offered).
  • Select Finish.
  • Your shortcut should appear on your desktop.
