How do I log in to Teams?

Follow the instructions below to log in to Microsoft 365 online and then either use Teams in your web browser or download the desktop app.

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365 online at portal.office.com. Once you’re logged in, you can launch Teams in your browser by selecting the waffle menu in the upper-left corner of the page.

  1. Select Teams from the list of apps to launch it.

  1. Once Teams is open in your browser, you can also download the Teams app to your desktop or phone by selecting the three dots in the upper-right corner next to your profile icon. When the dropdown menu appears, select Download the desktop app or Download the mobile app.
