How to clear cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge

If you use the Microsoft Edge app to browse the internet, follow the instructions below to learn how to clear your cache and cookies.

  1. Open your Microsoft Edge browser and select the three dots in the upper-right corner.

  1. From the dropdown list, select Settings.

  1. Once the Settings page opens, select Privacy, search, and services.

  1. Next to “Clear browsing data now,” select Choose what to clear.

  1. In the Time range dropdown, select All time. To clear everything, make sure all checkboxes are selected and then click Clear now.
    • If you’d rather pick and choose which types of browsing data you want to delete (for example, if you want to delete everything except your saved passwords), scroll down and verify that you have not selected any checkboxes corresponding to data you want to keep. Then, click Clear now.

Please note that removing all website data may log you out of websites and/or change websites’ behavior the next time you visit them.
