Create new account
- Once you search and confirm there is not a Household (Account) or Contact (Person) in the system that matches the client, select the dropdown arrow to the right of Service Console at the top of the page.

- Select New on the right to start creating an Account (Household).

- Select Household and then Next.

- In the Account name field, enter the last name of the family and the word “Household” (e.g., Johnson Household). Don’t worry about filling out the primary contact field.
- Select Save to create the Household.
