Create new account

  1. Once you search and confirm there is not a Household (Account) or Contact (Person) in the system that matches the client, select the dropdown arrow to the right of Service Console at the top of the page.

  1. Select New on the right to start creating an Account (Household).

  1. Select Household and then Next.

  1. In the Account name field, enter the last name of the family and the word “Household” (e.g., Johnson Household). Don’t worry about filling out the primary contact field.
  2. Select Save to create the Household.
