Create new contact

  1. Within the Account page under the Related tab, go to Contacts and select New on the right. This is where you will add the information about that person (name, phone, lead source, mailing address, and notes).*

    *Your notes should be the same as what was put into SPICE on the first screen where we added the individual information (web inquiry, foster, out of state, specific child, etc.).

  1. Once you’ve entered the information needed, select Save. You will be redirected to the Contact person’s page, which is where you will enter information about the individual, not the household. This is also where you will add the inquiry/callback info.
