Update your Role

The LMS determines which training content to show a learner based on their profile information. Selecting the correct role in your profile is important because it ensures that you will be able to view trainings that are specific for your role.

How to change your role

You can reach your profile by selecting your name in the menu bar at the upper left of the screen. In the pull-down select the Profile option.

In the user profile section, you can select Edit profile to enter an edit mode that allows you to edit any customizable feature of your profile.

The edit profile page will have a section labeled DHS Specific. The role drop-down menu is located in the ‘DHS Specific’ section. Select the appropriate role from the menu. Once your role is listed correctly, click the ‘Update profile’ button at the bottom of the page.
