Multimedia Content
Multimedia content involves the integration of text, video, audio, images, or animation. All media resources need to be accessible. This section will only refer to the general guidelines and things you need to know for planning purposes.
To link or upload any content, refer to the External Content. Including images in the course can be done simply through the HTML text entry areas. There are features that allow you to place and wrap text the way you would like. Care should be taken to be consistent within your course as well as always including alt tags for the images.
When designing or planning your course, any creation of multimedia will need to be discussed with the OUCPM EBiz project manager. If there is a need for video or animation, there will need to be extra accommodations made for – or a discussion of creating that part of – the course as a SCORM Package.
