Condition: Manual Self Completion

Do you want to user to be able to mark that they have completed the course on their own? If you add this checkbox and you add the “self-completion” block to the course, a user can mark themselves as complete. Without the block in the course however, the user may have all activities marked as complete but never received a completion for the course.
