Visibility and Enrollment

Totara gives us the ability to enroll very customized audiences as well as either hide or show a course that a learner is not enrolled in.

The first option to consider is who is required to take the course and should be automatically enrolled into the course.

The second option is about visibility. This will allow certain groups of learners the access to see the course and request access or make it part of a learning plan they manage with a supervisor.
