Room 121
Capacity 20 + Instructor
The Keystone Lab is set up with a large presenter screen along with 20 computer workstations and 1 instructor workstation. The desktops in all labs are set up to log in to the DHS network with DHS credentials.
The instructor workstation in this room is typically connected to the presenter screen via ClickShare, but presenters can also use their own laptops with the ClickShare USB-C dongle.

How do I…
Options for Presenting:
- Bring your own laptop and cast it to the presenter screens using the Click-Share button.
– Training Coordinators recommend: using the laptop provided in the room rather than your own, as this tends to circumvent more technical issues such as difficulties stemming from differences between Mac and PC. - Sign in to the Microsoft 365 or other account where your presentation is stored and download it to the room’s primary laptop.
– Training Coordinators recommend: downloading your presentation onto the computer from OneDrive or wherever your presentation is stored, rather than trying to run your presentation out of the cloud. This tends to yield better results with fewer connection issues or other loading problems. - Bring a USB drive with your presentation materials and plug it into the room laptop.
- Send your presentation materials to the Training Coordinator associated with your event and they will load it onto the desktop for easy access when you arrive at the Training Center.
***If your presentation is not appearing on the screen, try the Input button on the remote. Sharing from a laptop is set to appear on the HDMI-1 input in this room.
For more information about and tips for presenting on the screens, see the Presentation Screens page.
The AV Cart has speakers that will play the sound from the computer that is connected to the screens. Volume should be controlled on the computer first, and then with the included remote if needed.
To adjust the volume in the room, start by adjusting the volume on the computer first. If this is insufficient, the sound bar volume can be further adjusted using the remote on the AV cart.

There are several wi-fi networks that are available at the Training Center. Guest is the preferred network for all devices not owned by TCIT, including phones. It can be used by anyone at the TC and does not require a password. TC-Devices is for TCIT controlled and supported computers and requires a password. For additional information and a full list of available networks, please see the Wi-Fi networks at CPM worksites page.
