If I’m working from home, can I use Zscaler or Alfheim to access DHS systems?

If you are working at home using your OU-issued All-in-One or laptop, Zscaler or Alfheim can be used to access a virtual DHS desktop (OSIS, DSD, IMS, FACS, ICE, Kids, Reflection, Microsoft Office 365 (State of Oklahoma), Teams).

If Alfheim is down, Janus-OU can be used as a backup for Alfheim.
