Reveal 4.5

The Reveal component is extremely simple: Click on a term to reveal it’s definition or description. The size and arrangement of the items can vary greatly by the placement and number of columns you specify. On mobile, items are always displayed in a single column.

The Reveal component inherits all the settings common to the Presentation Components.

The number of columns to arrange reveal items into. Items are ordered from right to left.

This is a list of the items in the reveal component. When you click the Add button, a dialog will slide-out from the right side of the screen allowing you to populate the item. The fields in this dialog are:

The text that initially appears that the user must click. Should be very short. Required.

An optional title for the description/definition content.

The content of the item revealed after clicking.

The animation that the item button should perform when clicked. There are 20 animations available and are fairly self explanatory.

The alternative text of the graphic.

A graphic to display in the body content.

By default, the graphic is displayed below the body text. If checked, the graphic appears above the body text.

Reveal Graphic sizes vary. Because of this, it’s best to size reveal graphics for their smallest use case: Phone resolutions. A good rule would be to create graphics 480px wide.
